Frazer provides strategic leadership across SEA Transport, setting the direction of the business and ensuring the company continues to deliver a reliable, customer-focused service. He leads the management team to support sustainable growth, strong performance and high operational standards.
Chris oversees the day-to-day operational performance of the business, coordinating teams and resources to keep services running safely and efficiently. He works across departments to maintain service standards, resolve operational challenges and support continuous improvement.
As a Chartered Accountant by profession, Ben joined S E A Transport in 2025 having previously gained experience in businesses in varying other sectors. Ben has been involved in driving change within the company and maintains overall responsibility for treasury management, financial governance and compliance, and investment decision making, whilst keeping a focus on the wider business performance. Ben is commercially focussed with a passion to grow the business and deliver strong and sustainable financial results whilst recognising the people who drive the day-to-day operations.
Jason manages SEA Transport's container transport operations, overseeing vehicle planning, driver coordination and the movement of containers to and from the ports. He focuses on safe, efficient scheduling, clear customer communication and dependable delivery performance.
Richard leads the distribution transport operation for general curtainsider deliveries, coordinating vehicles, drivers and delivery schedules across the network. He works to maximise fleet efficiency, maintain service standards and ensure customers receive reliable, well-communicated deliveries.
Cameron is responsible for the safe and efficient running of warehouse operations, including the planning and supervision of container devanning. He coordinates the warehouse team, manages the flow and handling of goods, and maintains high standards of accuracy, safety and customer service.
